The text on trans-cam-chat.com is written by us, and we keep no performer photos or recordings here. If you nonetheless spot something that infringes a copyright you hold or represent, send it back to us under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, and we will deal with it.

Your notice should contain

Write to us through the support form, pick “Copyright” as the subject and cover all six of these points:

  1. the protected work you mean (a list is fine if there are several);
  2. the full URL of the page here that carries the material;
  3. how to reach you: name, street address, telephone and email;
  4. confirmation that you hold a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
  5. your assurance, under penalty of perjury, that everything in it is correct and that the right is yours or you represent its holder;
  6. your physical or electronic signature; typing your full name counts.

We review complete notices quickly. If a notice is justified, we remove the material or disable access to it.

If you think a removal was a mistake

Use that same form to send us a counter notice. Say which material disappeared and from which address, and state under penalty of perjury that you sincerely think the removal came from an error or a mix-up. Include your name, address and telephone number, agree that the US federal court covering your home may hear the case (from abroad: any judicial district in which we are present), then sign. If within 10 to 14 working days we hear of no court action by the person who complained, we can restore the material.

Material held by other platforms

Profiles, streams and images on cam platforms live on their servers, not ours. Requests about that material belong with the platform that hosts it.

Suspected images of minors

Material that may depict someone below the age of 18 must be reported without delay to the NCMEC CyberTipline: report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. Then let us know as well; any link from this site leading in that direction is deleted the same day.
